Saturday the 27th of June, the day following my Lasik procedure, Monique Sanchez and I spoke regarding the eye trauma I suffered as a result of my surgery and moreover due to the negligence of not listening to myself as a patient when I strictly told several people there that I would need pain medication due to the high level of pain I experience with my eyes. Prescribing 1 or 2 pain meds at most could have prevented me from the awful pain that I was in. My case is nothing typical and those were the points I expressed. My concerns were brushed under the rug and even the tone in which I was spoken too was condescending at best.
She (Monique)said she would speak to “ Corporate ” on Monday and she would call me Monday at the latest. ( There is also a full, unedited, video of our interaction on Saturday.

As of now, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM her OR ANYONE ELSE. The pain in which I suffered was agonizing. For 6 hours the day of my procedure and then the following day; I was in tremendous pain. Even the doctor performing my surgery when it was finished expressed how difficult it was and said I quote
“Your eyes were really difficult.”

For the last 2 nights I have had terrible nightmares of being strapped to a table where my eyes are crushed inside my skull.

I paid in full in cash and they are unwilling to help me or apologize in any way.
